Use this feature to help you quickly organize your tasks in order of priority by dragging into relevant buckets that help you decide how important a task is. Based on this tasks will automatically move to specific schedules or list columns.

For most integration you will probably use webhooks to do them. It would be helpful if you could make a Webhook API (which you will probably use and have anyway) and give us the chance to make custom webhooks. This would make integrations possible to get or send data from other 3rd party apps. With a Custom Webhook component we could use any automation tool like make.com or zapier.com, as well as other WebApps that want to create support for it. I think this can be a big leaver to make your app accessable in many other Situations.

Ability to sync calendar from M365 Outlook.

Blitzit is awesome! Enjoying the focus and simplicity. One thing that I really miss from my other to do app (Upbase) is the ability to view and drag and drop tasks between days (week view and month view). That helps me manage my work activities much better, so I'm not overwhelmed on any single day. So while Blitzit excels in the focus area now, I feel it's missing in the mid-term planning of tasks and my workflow is incomplete.

I think it would be a great idea to integrate my already established apple calendar which i put together every week into blitz. Or atleast an outline already there so I dont have to re write every task. Thanks!

Please make the lists dropdown much bigger, I've got 12 lists at the moment and will end up with 30+ lists (one for each of my customers). Please show more lists in the window and sort them alphabetically. For bonus, please all for a list search, or auto-complete select option.

It will be great to be able to save attachments to the task as well. For example, a document with notes, photos, etc.

I usually write my lists from what i wanna do first to what i wanna do later, but because of blitz's ordering this gets reversed. I would like an option to have different order.

Would love to have a MCP, Ai integration so i can use either my chatGPT or Claude to communicate with the app, quickly add todo trough a conversation and also have my bot reminding me what i have to do

I often get lists of tasks/feedback from clients via email in bulleted lists. In other apps, if I paste that into the "Create a task" field, it will add them all as separate tasks (or at least give me the option). In BlitzIt, it puts the whole list inline as one task, which I then have to go through and break out myself into multiple tasks. I may sound nitpicky but I have to admit, this one feature has almost single-handedly kept me from really using this app. The amount of time it takes to break a list of 20 pieces of feedback out into individual tasks isn't doable right now.

It would be great if you could have a blitz Mode on Android and iOS apps to always take on the go

Hi Blitzit team, It seems that the background radius of each corner is not set correctly, having 2 different corners overlapping. It happens on all windows. Operating system: Windows 10 Enterprise x64-based processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12800H 1.80 GHz

Hi, I wonder if it´s possible to create a List within a List? I like to have a "Main List" and inside this list a custom structure. "Main List" |-> Backlog |-> Success List |-> This week |-> The ONE thing Backlog is a wild collection of thoughts and todos Success List is a List with important todos This week are a list of important todos which has to be done this week The ONE thing the most important todo wich has to be done today Currently I can see only 4 Lists and only one of them I can rename. I cant rename This Week/Today and Done Is it possible to manage the Lists a bit more flexible?

Similar to Apple notes, add/start a recording in task notes so that meeting recordings, meeting transcriptions, stream of consciousness about the task can be captured or imported. Can potentially integrate with existing transcription plugings but not entirely necessary

Blitzit is already great for tracking total time, but for professional use it would be incredibly helpful to also see start and end times for each task session, plus breaks. For example: • Task A - 09:05–10:30 (1h 25m) • Task B - 11:00–12:45 (1h 45m) This kind of detailed log would make it much easier to use Blitzit for client billing or company time tracking. A daily calendar/timeline view of these sessions would be a great bonus, but the most important part is having start & end timestamps (and breaks) visible in the reports.
