When I create multiple tasks in terms of one project, I would like to have the ability to segment tasks with some tasks (e.g. when I develop a single application, I would like to split tasks into backend, frontend, marketing, etc.) for more clarity

When the timer hits the time estimated the timer automatically stops. This doesn't make any sense to me. Instead it should continue to track time and play some unique sounds when you're over time—but I need to accurately log my time and I will never stop my work just because the "timer" is up. I almost never hit on "target," I'm either over or under.

Use this feature to help you quickly organize your tasks in order of priority by dragging into relevant buckets that help you decide how important a task is. Based on this tasks will automatically move to specific schedules or list columns.

Blitzit is awesome! Enjoying the focus and simplicity. One thing that I really miss from my other to do app (Upbase) is the ability to view and drag and drop tasks between days (week view and month view). That helps me manage my work activities much better, so I'm not overwhelmed on any single day. So while Blitzit excels in the focus area now, I feel it's missing in the mid-term planning of tasks and my workflow is incomplete.

Even though most folks using this app will use it for work with internet being on, but sometimes there's power outages and other misc disconnection issues, and i personally just start prepping or pushing through tasks without the need for internet I've just tried turning off the internet, and the app gets stuck trying to create a task (create a list works fine though)

Would love to see focus mode collapse into menu bar so it doesn't take up real estate.

It would be great if you could have a blitz Mode on Android and iOS apps to always take on the go

During break time in Blitzit Now Mode, Focus Mode, or when using the Live Timer, I often relax on my bed with my iPad or Android device. It would be incredibly useful if the break time timer and Focus Mode/Live Timer could sync seamlessly with the Blitzit mobile app. This way, I can monitor my break time or active focus sessions directly from my mobile device without needing to stay at my desktop. This feature would enhance the mobile experience, making it easier to stay on track with tasks and breaks while moving between devices. I’d love to see this implemented in the mobile beta! I often get lists of tasks/feedback from clients via email in bulleted lists. In other apps, if I paste that into the "Create a task" field, it will add them all as separate tasks (or at least give me the option). In BlitzIt, it puts the whole list inline as one task, which I then have to go through and break out myself into multiple tasks. I may sound nitpicky but I have to admit, this one feature has almost single-handedly kept me from really using this app. The amount of time it takes to break a list of 20 pieces of feedback out into individual tasks isn't doable right now.

I would love to see Blitzit introduce an email forwarding feature that not only adds emails as tasks but also intelligently extracts key details to make them actionable. This would be especially useful for users managing tasks on the go, turning important emails into structured to-dos without manual input. This would be a great way to streamline workflows, making Blitzit even more indispensable for busy professionals!

I want to use Blitz as my daily productivity driver, but I hate that i can only see a few characters of my task. I see that there is a "scrolling text" option but that is VERY DISTRACTING for me. Why not let us increase the width or line-wrap the main task title?

When I am in the Blitzit Now view and I go to reorder some of my tasks, the tasks will shift and reorder just fine however they will often then jump into a different position then where I just put them. It is not always the one I shifted that moves out of place, but can be one of the other tasks that jumps up or down the list.

Printing or exporting to PDF (or another format) current and archived lists, reports or tasks with notes, time and all details.

Recurring task set for today's date does not show in "Today" column. When I reload the app and check the recurring task, it'll set it for tomorrow instead, even though I selected today. I've tried with and without time, but it still does not trigger on the day and show up in "Today"'s column. I'm in EST timezone.
