I often use Command+Shift+T in Chrome to reopen the last closed tab but Blitzit overrides this as toggling focus mode. I don't see anywhere to unmap/turn off this shortcut in Blitzit

We will start development of a seamless mobile app with all your tasks and live timer synced. You can start on your desktop, leave your desk and the timer still runs on your phone!

Use this feature to help you quickly organize your tasks in order of priority by dragging into relevant buckets that help you decide how important a task is. Based on this tasks will automatically move to specific schedules or list columns.

The addition of a Lock Screen Live Activities widget to the upcoming Blitzit mobile app would be a game-changer. This feature would allow users to see their active focus mode tasks and timer at a glance without having to unlock their phone or open the app. Benefits I see in Live Activities integration: Seamless Productivity: Users can stay on track with their tasks and focus timers right from the Lock Screen. Faster Access: Reduces the friction of constantly opening the app to check progress. Increased Engagement: Encourages users to stay in the flow by keeping their current task visible at all times. This would be especially useful for those using the Pomodoro technique or time-tracking features. I believe it would enhance the overall user experience and make Blitzit even more intuitive for mobile users! A mock-up is attached of what it could potentially look like. LET'S MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!!

When I create multiple tasks in terms of one project, I would like to have the ability to segment tasks with some tasks (e.g. when I develop a single application, I would like to split tasks into backend, frontend, marketing, etc.) for more clarity

When the timer hits the time estimated the timer automatically stops. This doesn't make any sense to me. Instead it should continue to track time and play some unique sounds when you're over time—but I need to accurately log my time and I will never stop my work just because the "timer" is up. I almost never hit on "target," I'm either over or under.

When my tasks are linked from Google Calendar to Blitzit, they are imported with a one-hour time discrepancy. For instance, a meeting scheduled for 2:00 PM in Google Calendar appears at 3:00 PM in Blitzit. This issue occurs consistently with all synchronized tasks.

Ability to sync calendar from M365 Outlook.

Would be nice if I could could drag to re-order my lists in the "All my lists" view. Currently they are sorted by creation date.

I think it would be a great idea to integrate my already established apple calendar which i put together every week into blitz. Or atleast an outline already there so I dont have to re write every task. Thanks!

For the future of work, especially with AI agents, an API is must-have. Webhook is a step towards the right direction but an API should be on the roadmap as soon as possible!!!

When I schedule the task, I can remove the time of it, but after I saved it, it is scheduled for 12:00 am. NOTE from Blitzit Team Maybe we can make sure on day schedules, despite scheduled for 00:00 on technicality, we can remove the time schedule visually.

I love the recurring tasks feature -- I use it for a couple steps in my daily "morning startup" routine like zero inboxing, doing gratitude, etc. Right now, a new tile gets created for every task every day in the "this week" column (see below). This overcrowds the column, and pushes all my "variable" tasks down out of view. It would be great if there was an option to simply keep the recurring tasks down in the bottom left where they are now, skip being added to the "do this week" column, and have them appear directly on the top of the "Do Today" column (on the relevant day).

More options like specific days in a week/month, every two days etc would be nice to have and more intuitive.

I’m actually switching from Sunsama, and one thing that I am missing is being able to pull in emails that I can turn into tasks, or simply create reminders with them.
