  1. Ability to add tags to the task

When I create multiple tasks in terms of one project, I would like to have the ability to segment tasks with some tasks (e.g. when I develop a single application, I would like to split tasks into backend, frontend, marketing, etc.) for more clarity

  2. Week & Month view, and drag tasks between days

Blitzit is awesome! Enjoying the focus and simplicity. One thing that I really miss from my other to do app (Upbase) is the ability to view and drag and drop tasks between days (week view and month view). That helps me manage my work activities much better, so I'm not overwhelmed on any single day. So while Blitzit excels in the focus area now, I feel it's missing in the mid-term planning of tasks and my workflow is incomplete.

  3. Blitz Mode Android/iOS

It would be great if you could have a blitz Mode on Android and iOS apps to always take on the go

  5. Integration with default Reminders app

Can we get an integration with the default Reminders app for ios? It would be a great way to sync the to-do lists

  6. Sync Break Time, Focus Mode, and Live Timer with Blitzit Mobile App (iOS/iPadOS/Android)

During break time in Blitzit Now Mode, Focus Mode, or when using the Live Timer, I often relax on my bed with my iPad or Android device. It would be incredibly useful if the break time timer and Focus Mode/Live Timer could sync seamlessly with the Blitzit mobile app. This way, I can monitor my break time or active focus sessions directly from my mobile device without needing to stay at my desktop. This feature would enhance the mobile experience, making it easier to stay on track with tasks and breaks while moving between devices. I’d love to see this implemented in the mobile beta! Thanks for considering this suggestion!

  7. Calendar Layout

Is there any plan to add something like a ‘calendar’ view? I’m not sure if that’s the right word, but it would be really helpful to see my tasks laid out by time. For example, being able to plan my day based on estimated task durations or see how my day would look if I schedule them. Right now it’s hard to organize tasks by time rather than just order.

  8. Eisenhower Matrix: Prioritization Technique

Use this feature to help you quickly organize your tasks in order of priority by dragging into relevant buckets that help you decide how important a task is. Based on this tasks will automatically move to specific schedules or list columns.

  9. Gmail integration

I’m actually switching from Sunsama, and one thing that I am missing is being able to pull in emails that I can turn into tasks, or simply create reminders with them.

  10. Automatically continue timer after hitting goal

When the timer hits the time estimated the timer automatically stops. This doesn't make any sense to me. Instead it should continue to track time and play some unique sounds when you're over time—but I need to accurately log my time and I will never stop my work just because the "timer" is up. I almost never hit on "target," I'm either over or under.

  11. Apple Reminders Integration

Sync with reminders, 2-way if possible. You can already create separate lists which could sync with the lists you create within the reminders app. Lots of people's flows are dependent on them, will be able to integrate with other apps subsequently.

  12. Apple Watch App

Once the mobile app is out we will also create a simple Apple Watch App to sync task notifications and live timers.

  13. Repeating tasks

Show repeating tasks as one task (like in Microsoft ToDo)

  14. Offline Mode

Even though most folks using this app will use it for work with internet being on, but sometimes there's power outages and other misc disconnection issues, and i personally just start prepping or pushing through tasks without the need for internet I've just tried turning off the internet, and the app gets stuck trying to create a task (create a list works fine though)

  15. Connect everyting: API needed

For the future of work, especially with AI agents, an API is must-have. Webhook is a step towards the right direction but an API should be on the roadmap as soon as possible!!!
