  1. Duplicated Task

    Hello Blitzit team, I created a task over the weekend from the mobile app, added about 12-14 subtasks under it, and saved it for work this morning. When I logged onto my mac, I was prompted to update my blitzit client. When I did so, everything seemed fine once it relaunched. Unfortunately however, when I added that task to the Today swim lane, it created a duplicate wherever I dragged the tile to. (This week, Today, Done" I could no longer expand the subtask list in the tiles, and when I deleted one of the duplicates, the entire task was deleted and I cannot recover it. I would love if that task could somehow be restored as I was tracking bugs in my own application as subtasks under that task.

  3. Do Date vs Due Date

    It would be great if due dates and "do dates" were incorporated into BlitzIt where if the due date is approaching, the task would automatically go into "Today". The scheduling feature I use mostly as a "do" date but it would be beneficial to know when the deadline for something is quickly approaching as we ADHDers tend to be deadline blind and get overwhelmed with many tasks.

  4. If you drag a task in the today view it duplicates temporarily until you go back and forward again.

  5. Add task dependencies

    Be able to show if a task is blocking another task or blocked by another task. Especially important if AI scheduling gets integrated.

  6. Ad Hoc Task Tracking

    Sometimes something important pops up and I need to pause the task I'm working on and complete that there and then, but I also like being able to track the time spent on this and categorise it to analyse later. It would be great if there was an 'Ad Hoc' task feature where I can suddenly just start the timer tracking a new task - without needing to create a new task in the list and bring it to the top, and then I can add a title and list details later.

  7. Time tracking and invoicing

    As a graduate student, I work multiple contracts for multiple employers. Part of that includes tracking my time spent on each individual task, then sharing an invoice with my employers to make sure I'm paid for the accurate hours worked. It would be helpful to have a general time tracking feature to this app that lets me add hours manually, add budgets from which time tracking subtracts from, and an invoicing feature that can be divided by tasks/lists that shares other report details. This would be similar to timeflip, timeular, timemator, tim, etc. Seems like it would be a fairly simple features that would be very helpful for startups and contract workers like us. Alternatively, integrations to any of the time tracking apps would also work, butI'd rather have an all in one solution instead of using microsoft todo and time tracking apps.

  8. Quick Settings Tile / Widget for Adding Tasks Quickly

    Please add a quick settings tile or a home screen widget that lets users add tasks straight away, without having to open the app.

  9. Quick Add button in List Overview

    For the Desktop app can we please get a quick add + button for each task list in the list overview ("You Lists" grid). I want to be able to quickly add task to the appropriate list WITHOUT having to click into each individual list first. Perhaps in the bottom right hand corner. Like the red + I included in the attached image.

  10. Ability to add tags to the task

    When I create multiple tasks in terms of one project, I would like to have the ability to segment tasks with some tasks (e.g. when I develop a single application, I would like to split tasks into backend, frontend, marketing, etc.) for more clarity

    I’m actually switching from Sunsama, and one thing that I am missing is being able to pull in emails that I can turn into tasks, or simply create reminders with them.

  13. Automatically continue timer after hitting goal

    When the timer hits the time estimated the timer automatically stops. This doesn't make any sense to me. Instead it should continue to track time and play some unique sounds when you're over timeβ€”but I need to accurately log my time and I will never stop my work just because the "timer" is up. I almost never hit on "target," I'm either over or under.
