Focus sounds/music
A library of focus soundscapes such as lofi music, ocean, nature, coffee shops etc... You can also add your own soundscapes via URLs. Set it to play default collections during Blitz Mode (Focus Session).

Calendar View
Instead of just showing the daily task bar, have a calendar/week view as well to be able to add tasks to specific dates and see whats upcoming in terms of events over time. To plan over a longer time span...

Coworking Rooms
Someone already mentioned having Focus rooms where you can choose a background w sound, such as an ocean, coffee shop, cozy bedroom, park, etc. while you work on your tasks and be productive. I think we should have this, along with the ability to have coworking focus rooms. Where you can join and focus alongside other people - and not just your friends, it would be public for everyone. There would be a pomodoro timer that everyone can follow along with (or you'd have the option to use your own, of course). Maybe even have a way to add what you're working on to a list that's viewable to everyone, and as people complete their tasks, you can cross them off and it'll be moved to a "completed" list. There could be different types of coworking rooms - maybe one that's at the beach, one that's in a cafe, one that's in a library, and many others so people could join the room that resonates most with what they're working on, or the vibe they're interested in for the time being. It'll be like body-doubling on steroids. I'm not sure about anyone else, but being able to work alongside people but not have to leave the comfort of my room helps me be extremely productive, lol. Just food for thought! Would love to see this as an option in the future. π

I would love to be able to create tasks right from Chrome with a Blitzit Chrome extension

Tasks sometimes lose tracked time
When using Blitzit Now mode, completing a task sometimes shows 00:00 for time spent in the completed list. This is forcing me to have to pay attention to the exact time spent before completing a task so I can manually enter it in case it gets reset.

Eisenhower Matrix: Prioritization Technique
Use this feature to help you quickly organize your tasks in order of priority by dragging into relevant buckets that help you decide how important a task is. Based on this tasks will automatically move to specific schedules or list columns.

Calendar view of all the tasks.

Automatically continue timer after hitting goal
When the timer hits the time estimated the timer automatically stops. This doesn't make any sense to me. Instead it should continue to track time and play some unique sounds when you're over timeβbut I need to accurately log my time and I will never stop my work just because the "timer" is up. I almost never hit on "target," I'm either over or under.

Week & Month view, and drag tasks between days
Blitzit is awesome! Enjoying the focus and simplicity. One thing that I really miss from my other to do app (Upbase) is the ability to view and drag and drop tasks between days (week view and month view). That helps me manage my work activities much better, so I'm not overwhelmed on any single day. So while Blitzit excels in the focus area now, I feel it's missing in the mid-term planning of tasks and my workflow is incomplete.

Live Activities in Mobile app
The addition of a Lock Screen Live Activities widget to the upcoming Blitzit mobile app would be a game-changer. This feature would allow users to see their active focus mode tasks and timer at a glance without having to unlock their phone or open the app. Benefits I see in Live Activities integration: Seamless Productivity: Users can stay on track with their tasks and focus timers right from the Lock Screen. Faster Access: Reduces the friction of constantly opening the app to check progress. Increased Engagement: Encourages users to stay in the flow by keeping their current task visible at all times. This would be especially useful for those using the Pomodoro technique or time-tracking features. I believe it would enhance the overall user experience and make Blitzit even more intuitive for mobile users! A mock-up is attached of what it could potentially look like. LET'S MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!!

Can't use spellcheck in notes
When I'm writing out something in the notes of a task and a word is spelled wrong and the red line appears, I can't right click to use the built in Mac spellcheck feature.

Galaxy watch integration
We need to have integration with Galaxy watches and Android watches. There are hundreds of management apps but very limited management apps that connect to all smartwatches. Being able to add tasks or even go into blitz mode and manage your day just on your watch would be a standout feature. Not everybody can or wants to have their phone on them all day or are on a desktop

Slow performance of the app β Really slow
Is anyone else experiencing performance issues? My desktop application becomes extremely slow and starts consuming too much memory, which makes everything feel sluggish. The system itself runs smoothly, but the appβeven when switching between Focus mode and windowed modeβtakes a long time to load the lists. I'm using macOS 15.6.1 on an iMac with a 3.8GHz i9 Intel processor and 64GB of RAM. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing has changed. It's the only app on the system that behaves this way, so I believe this might be a direct issue with Blitzit. Could someone help me out?
