Sync with reminders, 2-way if possible. You can already create separate lists which could sync with the lists you create within the reminders app. Lots of people's flows are dependent on them, will be able to integrate with other apps subsequently.

When I create multiple tasks in terms of one project, I would like to have the ability to segment tasks with some tasks (e.g. when I develop a single application, I would like to split tasks into backend, frontend, marketing, etc.) for more clarity

When the timer hits the time estimated the timer automatically stops. This doesn't make any sense to me. Instead it should continue to track time and play some unique sounds when you're over time—but I need to accurately log my time and I will never stop my work just because the "timer" is up. I almost never hit on "target," I'm either over or under.

Want to be able to pull in tasks from Google Tasks

A library of focus soundscapes such as lofi music, ocean, nature, coffee shops etc... You can also add your own soundscapes via URLs. Set it to play default collections during Blitz Mode (Focus Session).

I’ve been searching for a simple and easy to navigate application that seamlessly integrates with Apple’s ecosystem. A solid place and go-to for task, events, notes, scheduling without having to go through and manage multiple different apps. Hearing so many awesome things about Blitzit, so if these integrations were included this would be THE holy grail productivity app for myself and other users!

I think integrating Blitzit with Raycast would be a fantastic addition, allowing users to access and manage their tasks directly from the Raycast viewport. With this integration, users could quickly open/view tasks, add new ones, and even start or finish Blitzit focus modes—all without leaving their workflow. Benefits: Faster Task Management: Instantly add or check tasks via a simple command in Raycast. Seamless Focus Mode Control: Start and stop focus sessions without opening the Blitzit app. Improved Productivity Flow: Users who rely on Raycast for efficiency can streamline their task management even further. This would make Blitzit even more appealing to productivity-focused users who love automation and keyboard-first workflows!

I'd love a Raycast extension so I can quickly access Blitzit start, stop, break commands (and others) on the fly like I do for nearly everything else.

Tasks 'Schedule time picker' is locked to the 12-hour format (AM/PM) with no format change option to 24-hour format. Since 24-hour is the standard format across Europe - This is a significant gap for non-US users, if one want to rely on the program for correctly scheduling and showing task in the correct places and it currently ignores both the OS time setting and the account time setting region. So is 24-hour support on the roadmap, and if so, roughly when? It's a small change but it affects every scheduled task, and it's important enough to my workflow that I need to know whether to continue with Blitzit, since that format is important to use the program as intended without having to spend just as much time myself to organise every taks, then i might use another program at that point anyways. But the program seems promising i just hope that this small feature will get implemented soon. The ideal fix would be a toggle in Preferences, or having the picker follow the OS locale. Thanks. Card size will change but it's really a hampering ability to review what is teh task if most of the header is cut off.

Lets interpret NiftyPM milestones as Blitzit lists. Let me set my backlog based on a specific NiftyPM project and select tasks from Nifty for the week and day. Pull the task details from NiftyPM. Update the time spent for the task to NiftyPM.

I would love to be able to create tasks right from Chrome with a Blitzit Chrome extension

Similar to Asana, but sync tasks from Monday.com app to build our lists.

I recently switched from Motion to Blitzit. One of my favorite features in Motion was the ability to add tasks by using siri. I would just speak the task and Siri would add it to my calendar. I would love to see that with Blitzit
