  1. Offline Mode

Even though most folks using this app will use it for work with internet being on, but sometimes there's power outages and other misc disconnection issues, and i personally just start prepping or pushing through tasks without the need for internet I've just tried turning off the internet, and the app gets stuck trying to create a task (create a list works fine though)

  5. Request for Linux Version of Blitzit

Hello Blitzit Team, I hope this message finds you well. As an avid user of Blitzit, I've been immensely impressed by the app's functionality and efficiency in managing tasks and schedules. The ease of use and features have made it an integral part of my daily routine. Need Identification: I'd like to bring to your attention the rapidly growing community of Linux users, a vibrant and passionate group that's continually seeking versatile and efficient applications. As the use of Linux systems expands across various domains, the absence of Blitzit on this platform is felt by many. Request Description: My humble request is for the development of a dedicated Linux version of Blitzit. The inclusion of a Linux version would not only cater to the needs of existing users but also extend the reach of Blitzit to a wider audience, embracing the diverse preferences of users across operating systems. The demand for a Linux version of Blitzit is palpable within the community. Discussions on various forums, surveys, and user feedback consistently echo the desire for a Linux-compatible release. I am personally ready to support the development and testing phase to ensure a smooth transition to the Linux platform. Closing and Appreciation: In conclusion, I earnestly request the consideration of this proposal. Your commitment to improving Blitzit has been commendable, and the addition of a Linux version would undoubtedly mark a significant step forward. Your attention to this matter would be immensely appreciated. Thank you for your time and dedication to creating exceptional user experiences. Warm regards, Mohamed Khedr

  7. Harvest

Our agency, as do many, uses Harvest for time tracking on projects. It would be nice to have the ability to sync projects and share time spent for better tracking and billing. Right now, our PMs are controlling the project list in Harvest, and it would be great to not have to duplicate efforts or remember to start timing across two apps.

  8. Tasks appearing on wrong day & incorrect scheduling

Some users are seeing tasks appear on the wrong day in the Today board and incorrect dates when creating or syncing tasks. The issue seems related to timezone handling, google cal sync, and custom recurrence logic. This causes confusion because tasks appear due earlier or later than expected. We are currently investigating this issue. Issues we are working on: Tasks scheduled for tomorrow sometimes appear in the Today board.Restarting the app temporarily corrects the date, but the issue returns.Tasks may shift one day earlier or later due to timezone differences.Recurring tasks may appear on the wrong weekday (e.g., Monday shows as Tuesday). Some tasks show as due earlier than their actual due date.Custom recurrence schedules (e.g., every 2 weeks) may run weekly instead.Built-in schedules (daily/weekly) appear to work correctly. Please vote/comment if we missed any issue with your loom video, app version, app timezone and OS below πŸ‘‡

  9. Due Dates not being synced from ClickUp

I should be able to see tasks that I have assigned in clickup to be due today to be automatically in the today column. Otherwise I do not understand the point of the integration if I cannot see the due date

  11. Eisenhower Matrix: Prioritization Technique

Use this feature to help you quickly organize your tasks in order of priority by dragging into relevant buckets that help you decide how important a task is. Based on this tasks will automatically move to specific schedules or list columns.

  12. Ability to add tags to the task

When I create multiple tasks in terms of one project, I would like to have the ability to segment tasks with some tasks (e.g. when I develop a single application, I would like to split tasks into backend, frontend, marketing, etc.) for more clarity

I’m actually switching from Sunsama, and one thing that I am missing is being able to pull in emails that I can turn into tasks, or simply create reminders with them.

  14. Automatically continue timer after hitting goal

When the timer hits the time estimated the timer automatically stops. This doesn't make any sense to me. Instead it should continue to track time and play some unique sounds when you're over timeβ€”but I need to accurately log my time and I will never stop my work just because the "timer" is up. I almost never hit on "target," I'm either over or under.
