  1. Focus mode toggle in OSX (Command Shift T) overrides Chromes Reopen Last Close Tab shortcut

I often use Command+Shift+T in Chrome to reopen the last closed tab but Blitzit overrides this as toggling focus mode. I don't see anywhere to unmap/turn off this shortcut in Blitzit

  2. Mobile Add for iOS & Android

We will start development of a seamless mobile app with all your tasks and live timer synced. You can start on your desktop, leave your desk and the timer still runs on your phone!

  3. Automatically continue timer after hitting goal

When the timer hits the time estimated the timer automatically stops. This doesn't make any sense to me. Instead it should continue to track time and play some unique sounds when you're over timeβ€”but I need to accurately log my time and I will never stop my work just because the "timer" is up. I almost never hit on "target," I'm either over or under.

  4. Gmail integration

I’m actually switching from Sunsama, and one thing that I am missing is being able to pull in emails that I can turn into tasks, or simply create reminders with them.

  5. Ability to add tags to the task

When I create multiple tasks in terms of one project, I would like to have the ability to segment tasks with some tasks (e.g. when I develop a single application, I would like to split tasks into backend, frontend, marketing, etc.) for more clarity

  6. Time Zone Discrepancy in Google Calendar and Blitzit Synchronization

When my tasks are linked from Google Calendar to Blitzit, they are imported with a one-hour time discrepancy. For instance, a meeting scheduled for 2:00 PM in Google Calendar appears at 3:00 PM in Blitzit. This issue occurs consistently with all synchronized tasks.

  7. Focus Mode Improvements: Anchoring & Auto-Snap

Anchoring Option for Focus Mode Window When I unnest content (like subtasks), the expanded view always pushes downward. This works well if Focus Mode is near the top or middle of the screen, but not when it's docked toward the bottom β€” in that case, new content overflows below the screen or into the taskbar. πŸ‘‰ Suggestion: Let us choose where the window is anchored (top / center / bottom), so new content expands upward if the window is grounded at the bottom. Auto-Snap Based on App or URL Not every Focus Mode position works across all apps and websites. I find myself constantly moving the window depending on what I'm working in. πŸ‘‰ Suggestion: Add a setting to remember and auto-snap Focus Mode to different screen positions based on the active app or browser URL.

  9. AI work buddy/assistant available at all times

this is pretty self explanatory. when i'm doing my work or studying i find it so annoying and unnecessary have to switch back and forth from chat gpt to my other tabs or having to open a whole separate browser just for chat gpt. instead an AI assistant should be present at all times willing to answer any questions about anything, including blitzit. even in focus more there should be an AI button

  11. Importing Apple Calendar to Blitz

I think it would be a great idea to integrate my already established apple calendar which i put together every week into blitz. Or atleast an outline already there so I dont have to re write every task. Thanks!

  12. Live Activities in Mobile app

The addition of a Lock Screen Live Activities widget to the upcoming Blitzit mobile app would be a game-changer. This feature would allow users to see their active focus mode tasks and timer at a glance without having to unlock their phone or open the app. Benefits I see in Live Activities integration: Seamless Productivity: Users can stay on track with their tasks and focus timers right from the Lock Screen. Faster Access: Reduces the friction of constantly opening the app to check progress. Increased Engagement: Encourages users to stay in the flow by keeping their current task visible at all times. This would be especially useful for those using the Pomodoro technique or time-tracking features. I believe it would enhance the overall user experience and make Blitzit even more intuitive for mobile users! A mock-up is attached of what it could potentially look like. LET'S MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!!

  13. Additional Customization for Focus Mode (Pill) (Windows)

Ability to resize the pill size (custom size is fine, it is just too big and distracting at times)Ability to change font type and size ( the font for windows is bland and boring, there is no character)Ability to reduce opacity/transparency of the pill (QoL improvement, since the pill covers a part of the screen, I want to see what's behind it, without moving it. Add - toggle transparency if you hover the mouse over the pill.Scrolling text for longer text inside the pill (if the task name is long - and sometime important that it could provide quick context of the tast, it would be QoL improvement if we have enable scrolling of text.Rounded corners for the pill, the rectangle shape doesn't match modern aesthetics. - (macos seems to have a pill shape already, but windows still has the outdated sharp edges, more love for windows users pleaseee)Reduce Pill's margin / padding, too much whitespace ( the whitespace inside the pill is a bit useless and space consuming) Pill = focus mode, not sure what it is actually called, but i call it pill

  15. Eisenhower Matrix: Prioritization Technique

Use this feature to help you quickly organize your tasks in order of priority by dragging into relevant buckets that help you decide how important a task is. Based on this tasks will automatically move to specific schedules or list columns.
