Blitzit is awesome! Enjoying the focus and simplicity. One thing that I really miss from my other to do app (Upbase) is the ability to view and drag and drop tasks between days (week view and month view). That helps me manage my work activities much better, so I'm not overwhelmed on any single day. So while Blitzit excels in the focus area now, I feel it's missing in the mid-term planning of tasks and my workflow is incomplete.

For the future of work, especially with AI agents, an API is must-have. Webhook is a step towards the right direction but an API should be on the roadmap as soon as possible!!!

For most integration you will probably use webhooks to do them. It would be helpful if you could make a Webhook API (which you will probably use and have anyway) and give us the chance to make custom webhooks. This would make integrations possible to get or send data from other 3rd party apps. With a Custom Webhook component we could use any automation tool like make.com or zapier.com, as well as other WebApps that want to create support for it. I think this can be a big leaver to make your app accessable in many other Situations.

I would like to be able to start playing a 'focus' playlist when a task is active

When the timer hits the time estimated the timer automatically stops. This doesn't make any sense to me. Instead it should continue to track time and play some unique sounds when you're over time—but I need to accurately log my time and I will never stop my work just because the "timer" is up. I almost never hit on "target," I'm either over or under.

Can we get a widget to put in our home screen/ desktop for apple?

It would be great if you could have a blitz Mode on Android and iOS apps to always take on the go

I have 234 done tasks this month, 66 for today 126 this Week and 5 in the Backlog And I literally have to wait 7 to 10 seconds for one Task to be checked...

Show repeating tasks as one task (like in Microsoft ToDo)

The addition of a Lock Screen Live Activities widget to the upcoming Blitzit mobile app would be a game-changer. This feature would allow users to see their active focus mode tasks and timer at a glance without having to unlock their phone or open the app. Benefits I see in Live Activities integration: Seamless Productivity: Users can stay on track with their tasks and focus timers right from the Lock Screen. Faster Access: Reduces the friction of constantly opening the app to check progress. Increased Engagement: Encourages users to stay in the flow by keeping their current task visible at all times. This would be especially useful for those using the Pomodoro technique or time-tracking features. I believe it would enhance the overall user experience and make Blitzit even more intuitive for mobile users! A mock-up is attached of what it could potentially look like. LET'S MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!!

Some people feel the Blitz Panel takes too much vertical space.

During break time in Blitzit Now Mode, Focus Mode, or when using the Live Timer, I often relax on my bed with my iPad or Android device. It would be incredibly useful if the break time timer and Focus Mode/Live Timer could sync seamlessly with the Blitzit mobile app. This way, I can monitor my break time or active focus sessions directly from my mobile device without needing to stay at my desktop. This feature would enhance the mobile experience, making it easier to stay on track with tasks and breaks while moving between devices. I’d love to see this implemented in the mobile beta! Is anyone else experiencing performance issues? My desktop application becomes extremely slow and starts consuming too much memory, which makes everything feel sluggish. The system itself runs smoothly, but the app—even when switching between Focus mode and windowed mode—takes a long time to load the lists. I'm using macOS 15.6.1 on an iMac with a 3.8GHz i9 Intel processor and 64GB of RAM. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing has changed. It's the only app on the system that behaves this way, so I believe this might be a direct issue with Blitzit. Could someone help me out?

Use this feature to help you quickly organize your tasks in order of priority by dragging into relevant buckets that help you decide how important a task is. Based on this tasks will automatically move to specific schedules or list columns.
