It would be great to be able to create a task by forwarding it to an address in the app. This will create a new task. It works the same way in the Todoist app.

I frequently tend to create some lists that don't particularly fit one of my bigger projects, which ends up pushing them further down the list. So one of my main (and earliest created) playlists is for my YouTube channel which I tend to use frequently ends ups getting buried a bit further down when I create other smaller lists meant for shorter projects. It's not the end of the world if I have to scroll down to get to my highest priority lists, but due to my ADHD, it does cause some resistance which in turn creates a feeling of not wanting to use the app as often. Either allowing users to move around the order of lists or simply allowing us to pin the most important ones would be great.

It would be great to be able to customize when “today” resets (for example, setting it to 4am). I often work past midnight, and right now if I queue a task at 11pm and finish it around 2am, the tracker marks it as late—even though it’s part of the same work session.

When the timer hits the time estimated the timer automatically stops. This doesn't make any sense to me. Instead it should continue to track time and play some unique sounds when you're over time—but I need to accurately log my time and I will never stop my work just because the "timer" is up. I almost never hit on "target," I'm either over or under.

It would be great if due dates and "do dates" were incorporated into BlitzIt where if the due date is approaching, the task would automatically go into "Today". The scheduling feature I use mostly as a "do" date but it would be beneficial to know when the deadline for something is quickly approaching as we ADHDers tend to be deadline blind and get overwhelmed with many tasks.

I would love to see Blitzit introduce an email forwarding feature that not only adds emails as tasks but also intelligently extracts key details to make them actionable. This would be a great way to streamline workflows, making Blitzit even more indispensable for busy professionals!

I would like to be able to click a "blitz this task" button on a specific task (no matter what list or time frame) to just jump directly into that one without having to rearrange the today list.

Im from Germany where Monday is considered to be the first day of the week instead of Sunday, it would be great to have a toggle in the settings to support that.

I have several lists for different workspaces or projects. For example: DailyDocumentationTestingDevelopmentPrivate Now I would like to open only the "Daily" + "Documentation" lists, not all of them. This would be beneficial, for instance, if I work on a JIRA epic that contains specific tasks and subtasks. As a workaround, I can manually select a specific list from the drop-down menu in the "Today" view, but it needs a search function. I would find it useful to select which lists to include or exclude before opening the "Planning"- or "Today" view for tasks.

The new Blitzit Android app looks fantastic, but to truly replace other task managers, it needs interactive home screen widgets. Being able to quickly glance at my list and check things off without opening the app is absolutely crucial - especially for ADHD 😆

When I create multiple tasks in terms of one project, I would like to have the ability to segment tasks with some tasks (e.g. when I develop a single application, I would like to split tasks into backend, frontend, marketing, etc.) for more clarity

Use this feature to help you quickly organize your tasks in order of priority by dragging into relevant buckets that help you decide how important a task is. Based on this tasks will automatically move to specific schedules or list columns.
