  1. Connect everyting: API needed

For the future of work, especially with AI agents, an API is must-have. Webhook is a step towards the right direction but an API should be on the roadmap as soon as possible!!!

  2. Customize "All Lists" View

Moin everyone, I'd like to be able to customize the set of lists that are being shown. My Use Case: I got 3 work related lists and 2 lists for my personal projects. In the evening, I'd like to get the "Backlog", "This Week", "Today" view only with my private lists etc. Could you implement this feature? Would really help to organize and structure my live and focus on what matters. Best and Cheers, Justus

  3. Detachable Blitzit Panel

It would be nice if the panel could be detachable from the left or right position. For those of us who have a window layout for our workflow, a fixed panel location is a problem because it is in the way... Thanks.

  4. Please add notes or sub-task visibility when I'm in Blitz mode.

Please add notes or sub-task visibility when I'm in Blitz mode. When I am in Blitz mode and doing Pomodoro, Kama, I have the main task, but there's a lot of smaller tasks that I write out in the notes so that I can tackle them while I'm doing the bigger task. Please expose the notes or also the sub-tasks so that I can check them off while I'm doing it. Today I am using the Stickies note on Mac OS as a way to get more than one line of text. As an alternative, I may just use stickies along with a desktop timer. and use a task management tool, like Trello. It'd be really awesome if you guys make the notes or subtasks visible. The scrolling text just doesn't cut it.

  5. Automatically continue timer after hitting goal

When the timer hits the time estimated the timer automatically stops. This doesn't make any sense to me. Instead it should continue to track time and play some unique sounds when you're over timeβ€”but I need to accurately log my time and I will never stop my work just because the "timer" is up. I almost never hit on "target," I'm either over or under.

  6. Week & Month view, and drag tasks between days

Blitzit is awesome! Enjoying the focus and simplicity. One thing that I really miss from my other to do app (Upbase) is the ability to view and drag and drop tasks between days (week view and month view). That helps me manage my work activities much better, so I'm not overwhelmed on any single day. So while Blitzit excels in the focus area now, I feel it's missing in the mid-term planning of tasks and my workflow is incomplete.

  7. Do Date vs Due Date

It would be great if due dates and "do dates" were incorporated into BlitzIt where if the due date is approaching, the task would automatically go into "Today". The scheduling feature I use mostly as a "do" date but it would be beneficial to know when the deadline for something is quickly approaching as we ADHDers tend to be deadline blind and get overwhelmed with many tasks.

  8. Obsidian Integration

tons of people use Obsidian, its a very popular alternative to Notion. I use it and i have a ton of to-do lists and stuff i'd love to have access to in this app.

  9. Ability to add tags to the task

When I create multiple tasks in terms of one project, I would like to have the ability to segment tasks with some tasks (e.g. when I develop a single application, I would like to split tasks into backend, frontend, marketing, etc.) for more clarity

  10. Webhook Integration

For most integration you will probably use webhooks to do them. It would be helpful if you could make a Webhook API (which you will probably use and have anyway) and give us the chance to make custom webhooks. This would make integrations possible to get or send data from other 3rd party apps. With a Custom Webhook component we could use any automation tool like make.com or zapier.com, as well as other WebApps that want to create support for it. I think this can be a big leaver to make your app accessable in many other Situations.

  13. Offline Mode

Even though most folks using this app will use it for work with internet being on, but sometimes there's power outages and other misc disconnection issues, and i personally just start prepping or pushing through tasks without the need for internet I've just tried turning off the internet, and the app gets stuck trying to create a task (create a list works fine though)

  15. Introducing a Web-Based Version of Blitzit for Enhanced Accessibility Across Devices

As a dedicated user of Blitzit, I have found the application instrumental in managing tasks across various facets of my life, including family responsibilities, Masters program tasks, and of course work tasks. However, due to restrictions on installing third-party software on my work computer, I'm unable to access Blitzit during work hours, which disrupts my productivity. To address this challenge, I propose the development of a web-based version of Blitzit. A browser-accessible platform would eliminate the need for software installation, thereby allowing users to access their task lists and productivity tools from any device with internet connectivity. This enhancement would be particularly beneficial for users like myself who face installation barriers on work devices, as well as for those who utilize multiple devices throughout their day. My suggestion is to focus on core functionalities, not necessarily a full feature parity with the app. This streamlined approach would allow users to access essential features via a web browser without the need for software installation, ensuring seamless task management across devices. IBy offering a web-based platform with fundamental features, Blitzit can maintain its commitment to enhancing productivity while encouraging users to install the full application for a more comprehensive experience when possible. This approach aligns with Blitzit's mission to supercharge productivity by providing flexible and accessible tools, catering to users facing installation constraints on certain devices. Thanks for the consideration and keep up the great work!
